A meeting between representatives of the ministries of foreign affairs (MFAs) of Armenia, Iran, and India on the implementation of the North-South interstate railway and the development of Iran’s Chabahar Port will be held in Armenia’s capital Yerevan this year, Mashregh News reports.

It is noted that the third consultations between the representatives of the MFAs of these countries were held on Monday.

The parties stressed the importance of expanding and deepening their cooperation, particularly in the transport sector, the North-South international transport corridor, Armenia's quadrilateral peace initiative, and in this regard, using the strategic location of Iran's Chabahar Port.
