An official ceremony of signing contracts between DALAN TECHNOPARK and leading engineering systems supply and installation companies, CONSEL and MEPPERS, was held at the construction site of DALAN TECHNOPARK, Armenia's largest technology and business center being built in the capital Yerevan.

DALAN TECHNOPARK director Armen Ter-Tachatyan welcomed the guests, and announced the start of one of the key phases of DALAN's construction—the start of implementation of engineering infrastructure.

He noted that this cooperation will certainly become an important example in the sector in terms of best practices in the application of engineering solutions. The technopark director expressed a conviction that the professional experience and knowledge of their partners will enable providing high-quality engineering solutions that guarantee the reliability, comfort, and efficiency of this building for many years.

“The CONSEL company will provide the implementation of the project’s cooling and heating system; in particular, the supply and installation of the VRF SYSTEMS of the MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC brand, known worldwide for its quality products.

Cooperation with DALAN TECHNOPARK is a unique opportunity to apply CONSEL’s years of experience, professional knowledge, and the best technical solutions in a project that can—without exaggeration—become a regional standard,” said Arman Papazyan, Director of CONSEL, during the contract signing ceremony.

Iva Kontridze, CEO at Georgia’s MEPPERS company, noted in his remarks that this cooperation is not only a business partnership, but also a symbol of friendship and trust between Armenia and Georgia.

“It is a great pride to start cooperation with one of Armenia’s largest projects, DALAN TECHNOPARK. This contract enables our team to carry out MEP systems’ installation in accordance with modern standards, with energy efficiency and quality, in order to set new standards in our region,” said Kontridze.

During the event, cooperation agreements were signed also between the general contractor of DALAN TECHNOPARK, D&S, as well as CONSEL and MEPPERS companies, to regulate the work between the general contractor and subcontractors.

DALAN TECHNOPARK partners are joining forces to form an innovative business environment in Armenia. At this phase, when all the main partners have been selected, competent process management is very important, as Gohar Saghoyan, Director of 1SQ—which is engaged in the construction management of the project—spoke about.

RED INVEST GROUP is the sales partner of DALAN TECHNOPARK. Its construction is scheduled to be completed in 2026.

About DALAN TECHNOPARK

The construction area of DALAN is 154,500 square meters. The technopark will offer 3,000 office jobs and will consist of 22 floors. Office spaces will be located on ten floors of the technopark, and public areas will include an exhibition hall, a research center, a restaurant, a food court, a hotel, a gym, a swimming pool, conference halls and a shopping area.
