YEREVAN. - Armenian ruling coalition’s Rule of Law Party (RLP) will be the first to hold a congress. It has decided to next week publicize its parliamentary election list and certain details on its participation in the upcoming elections, Hraparak daily writes.  

“RLP Political Council session will be convened next Thursday, during which these matters will be discussed. According to preliminary information, it will be at this time when [RLP Chairman and National Security Council Secretary] Arthur Baghdasaryan will say that RLP will run in the proportional and the majority election systems alike. And the names and regions of the majority [election system] participants will be made public. Our source says some will be disappointed,” Hraparak writes.
