During a meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Washington DC, US President Donald Trump was asked about his meeting with the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan on August 8, but Trump could not answer.

“A few months ago you met with Aliyev and Pashinyan…,” a reporter began the question. “To where?” Trump asked. “You met with the Azerbaijan president, [Ilham] Aliyev, and [Armenian Prime Minister Nikol] Pashinyan. Can you follow up on this?” the reporter asked. “No. I can't,” the US president replied.
