The West lies by telling that its sanctions are not against the Iranian nation. The president of Iran Mahmoud Ahmadinejad told during a working visit to Kerman region, ITAR-TASS informs.

“They lie by telling the sanctions were not against the Iranian nation. Then who is the target of those sanctions? It is evident that it is an attempt to put pressure on the public,” the Iranian president mentioned.

According to him, the new sanctions against Iran will not give any results. He also mentioned that the West claims Iran is avoiding negotiations but it were the Western states which made decisions to stop the negotiation process.
