One of the most important phases of construction of Dalan Technopark, Armenia’s first technology and business center, is underway.
The two buildings of this complex have been connected on the 15th floor, laying the foundation for continuing the construction of the unified floors.

To showcase the results of the completed work and present the progress of construction, a reception was held at the Dalan Technopark construction site.

Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan, Chairman of the Urban Development Committee Yeghiazar Vardanyan, several other officials, sector specialists, buyers, and partners were in attendance.

The process of connecting these buildings is comparable to that of joining two sides during bridge construction, but it is unique in that the entire process is carried out within a single unified structure — and most importantly, it forms the foundation for the construction of the subsequent floors. The creation of this foundation is a crucial process, as it will support seven additional floors.

Today there is no other building with such bold structural solutions in Armenia’s modern-day architecture, and the Dalan Technopark team takes pride in presenting Dalan as a unique example.

Proper management of processes is of special importance in the implementation of such large-scale projects.

“At different phases of development, effective management of sequential processes is very important. And today, being at this phase of construction, we can confidently say that we have succeeded,” said Gohar Saghoyan, director of 1SQ, the company managing the project development.

The two buildings of Dalan Technopark are now connected. Dalan is being built to become one of Armenian capital Yerevan’s landmarks, shaping a new culture of construction implementation and creating an entirely new concept of work environment in Armenia.
The foundation for the construction of the unified floors is ready, and in just one year, Dalan Technopark will present itself not only as a monumental structure with its unique architectural, engineering, and structural solutions, but also as a business environment setting new standards.
