Among those arrested near the Gyumri City Hall the day before yesterday, there is also a minor, lawyer Hayk Harutyunyan, representing four of the detainees, told NEWS.am on October 21.

“One of my clients is a minor. He didn’t do anything—he was just standing there when they suddenly put him in a vehicle and took him away,” the lawyer said.

Earlier, the Investigative Committee reported that 33 people were detained in Gyumri on charges of participating in mass unrest and obstructing the administration of justice.
