YEREVAN. – Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan received on Tuesday EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia Philippe Lefort and discussed Armenia-EU relations and cooperation development issues.

The parties also touched upon Nagorno-Karabakh peace process recent developments and regional issues, presidential press service informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Presenting the EU approach, Lefort said that Karabakh conflict settlement has no other alternative within the OSCE Minsk Group and shift in negotiations cannot be effective.
