I can say one thing with certainty that in the negotiation room I did not say anything that would have contradicted the positions I expressed publicly. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan told this to reporters in parliament Wednesday—and responding to remarks by Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, who said that Armenia’s PM had suddenly changed his position during the Nagorno-Karabakh negotiations.

According to Pashinyan, when it comes to interstate matters, referring to verbal statements is not a very strong genre.

He assured that all of his positions have been voiced publicly since 2018. “You know my positions, too. You know the changes in positions, too. You know the doubts, too. You know the transformations, too. You know the speeches, too” the Armenian PM emphasized
