A group of civil society representatives of Armenia visited the capital of Azerbaijan, Baku, on Friday.

This visit is taking place in response to an Azerbaijani delegation’s trip to the Armenian capital, Yerevan, which was held on October 21 and 22, APA reports.

Representatives of Azerbaijani and Armenian civil societies continue their dialogue within the framework of a peace agenda established after the joint statement adopted in Washington on August 8.

To note, the Armenian government allocated 17,550,000 drams (approx. US$46,200) to book charter flights between Yerevan and Baku for the aforesaid Armenian group.
