Turkey’s main opposition Republican People’s Party (CHP) Chairman Kemal Kilicdaroglu criticized the country’s PM Recep Tayyip Erdogan for saying “we are raising a generation of devout believers.”  

The head of Turkish main opposition accused the PM of conducting a faith trade. “Were we against raising a generation of devout believers? Were the previous generation nonbelievers? How can someone say something like this? Someone who says such a thing should not sit in PM’s chair,” Kemal Kilicdaroglu stated.
