Currently Iran is winning time in order to delay the attack on it and then letting to know that it is almost ready to start negotiations with the West, President of the Middle East Institute Yevgeny Satanovsky told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
According to him, it is a proper tactic from the standpoint of Iran.
“Iran is only a few steps away from a nuclear weapon. Another barrier will be removed,” Satanovky mentioned.
