Russian President Vladimir Putin’s tête-à-tête with US president’s special envoy Steve Witkoff has already been underway at the Kremlin for nearly three hours.
The start of the meeting was announced at about 19:35 Moscow time. No announcement of its conclusion has yet been made, TASS reports.
From the Russian side, the meeting is also attended by presidential aide Yuri Ushakov and Kirill Dmitriev, CEO of the Russian Direct Investment Fund and Russian special presidential envoy on foreign investment and economic cooperation.
On the American side, entrepreneur, investor, and founder of Affinity Partners company—and US President Donald Trump’s son-in-law—Jared Kushner is also participating.
