At Thursday’s Cabinet meeting, the government of Armenia adopted a decision under which, between November 17, 2025 and November 17, 2030, customs duty payment preferences will apply to certain goods imported from China to Armenia.

Under Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) regulations, Armenia has been granted an exemption from paying anti-dumping duties for an annual amount of 250 tons for pigments and preparations containing titanium dioxide with a mass fraction of 80% or more in dry matter, originating from China and imported into Armenia.

The Armenian government notes that this decision will ensure the implementation of the October 14 decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission—the executive body of the EAEU.
