I just saw a report in the press that premium gasoline brought from Azerbaijan will, in fact, be sold for 430 drams [per liter], while the price of such gasoline in our country has usually been 500 to 520 drams; that is, it will be sold at a lower price of up to 90 drams, which is good. Armenia's economy minister, Gevorg Papoyan, stated this in a video posted on Facebook.

"Of course, I also saw that some [Armenian] citizens were noting that they were not going to buy that gasoline. Dear citizens, you are free. It is our task that you should be free to buy the gasoline you want, choose for yourself where you want to buy [it]. The state's task is to be able to provide for you as diverse, large assortment as possible, that there be uninterrupted routes so that this gasoline and other products can always be available, and of course, to ensure that the quality is at a high level and they don’t deceived you in the quantity. This is the state's task, the rest is up to you to choose,” added the Armenian minister of economy.
