The Minister of Justice of Armenia, Srbuhi Galyan, received the ambassador of the United Kingdom, Alexandra Cole, Armenian News-NEWS.am was informed by the Ministry of Justice of Armenia.

The minister and the ambassador discussed the following matters: current work on Armenia’s constitutional reforms; the Armenia-EU visa liberalization action plan and the commitments undertaken by the Ministry of Justice of Armenia within this framework; the creation of a new personal data protection authority; reforms in the judicial, anticorruption, penitentiary, and probation sectors; and steps taken towards transparency of political party funding and regulation of lobbying in Armenia.

Also, the UK ambassador noted that the reforms being implemented in Armenia are important for the development of the country.
