YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Police Chief Vladimir Gasparyan continues to diligently perform his “sacred duty,” that is, making personnel changes, Hraparak daily writes.

“We learned yesterday [Tuesday] that he made a new appointment at Tavush Region. Gagik Dallakyan is appointed Police Force’s Tavush Precinct Chief. Until then, he held another position in the same department. Ijevan [city] Precinct Chief is changed, too. Stepan Melkonyan is appointed as the new Chief,” Hraparak writes.
