YEREVAN.- The trucks heading to Armenia got stuck on Georgian borders because of heavy snowfalls.
Herbert Hambartsumyan, head of Armenia’s Association of International Road Carriers, said overall 20 vehicles are currently stuck at Upper Lars (Russian-Georgian border) and Sadakhlo (Armenian-Georgian border) checkpoints.
He told Armenian News-NEWS.am that snow made crossing the border impossible despite attempts of the Armenian and Georgian sides to clean the road.
