YEREVAN. – The higher the Armenian elections are estimated, the more dynamic Yerevan’s foreign policy will be on Genocide international recognition and Karabakh conflict settlement, head of ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) parliamentary group Galust Sahakyan told the journalists on Monday.

“The main thing for the RPA is to participate in good elections. If active, competent people from other political parties participate and many European observers are present, we will only support this,” he said.

According to him, prior to making election program, RPA will hold meetings with citizens in order to understand the main problems the society is faced with.

“Political forces should not exploit a mechanism of confrontation but work much, turn to the public and be aware of public opinion,” he concluded.
