The UN headquarters in New York will be closed on Monday due to the expected blizzard conditions, the UN official website reports.
They explained that this decision was made by city authorities and the US National Weather Service based on warnings of heavy snow, low visibility, and strong winds.
The UN added that its staff will work remotely if the nature of their functions allow, and all scheduled meetings will be rescheduled.
