The seismological network of Armenia on Tuesday recorded an earthquake, with a magnitude of 2.2, in the country, at 5:33am local time, 10 kilometers southeast of Masis city, and at a depth of 10 kilometers.
The tremor measured magnitude 2 to 3 at the epicenter, the Rescue Service of Armenia informed Armenian News-NEWS.am. There is no devastation. The seismic activity was felt in Masis city, as well as in Mkhchyan and Dvin villages in Ararat Province.
