Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghaei told Sky News that the Supreme Leader and the country's president are alive and well.
"They are safe and sound. Yes, several commanders were killed as a result of this terrorist act. But what matters is that the Iranian people and our valiant armed forces are taking the necessary measures to defend Iran in the most decisive manner," he said.
