US President Donald Trump warned Iran against launching a new wave of strikes on his Truth Social page.

"Iran just announced that they will be striking very hard today, harder than ever before. They better not do this, because if they do, we will hit them with a force never seen before!" the US president wrote.

Israel struck Iran on the morning of February 28. US President Donald Trump also announced the launch of a US military operation against Iran. Strikes hit military facilities in western Iran, the residence of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, as well as an elementary school in the city of Minab.

In response, Iran launched missile strikes against Israel and US military bases in the region.
