U. S. President Barak Obama has not fulfilled his promises given to the Armenian Community in the USA, the spokesperson of the Hay Dat office in Washington Elizabeth Chujian told the reporter of Armenian News-NEWS.am.

She mentioned that the head of the Washington Hay Dat office Aram Hamparian told during a press conference that he is disappointed by the reduction of Armenia’s funding and increasing the help given to Turkey.

According to Elizabeth Chujian, besides recognizing the Armenian Genocide Obama had promised to broaden trade with Armenia, and to deepen Armenian-US relations.

As Armenian News-NEWS.am informed earlier, Barack Obama called to reduce the funding of Armenia by the United Stated of America by 19 per cent. At the same time he called to increase Turkey’s funding.
