Azerbaijan on Thursday closed part of its airspace near Iran in the south of the country after stating that four Iranian drones had crossed its border, AFP reports.
The airspace will remain closed for 12 hours, according to a Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) issued by Azerbaijan.
It should be noted that Iran denies carrying out an attack on Nakhchivan.
