Demonstrations supporting the Iranian authorities and the memory of the slain Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, as well as against US-Israeli aggression, are being held in capital Tehran and many other Iranian cities for the first time during the day.

Earlier, similar demonstrations were held throughout Iran—but late at night.

People are carrying pictures of Khamenei, and chanting "death to Israel" and "death to America," SNN reported
