Lebanon's Health Ministry says 217 people have been killed and 798 wounded in Israeli strikes. The ministry previously reported 123 killed and 683 wounded.
The ministry has still not specified how many of the dead were civilians. The Israeli army said on Friday it had eliminated more than 70 Hezbollah fighters in several days of strikes on Lebanon.
Meanwhile, the Norwegian Refugee Council said 300,000 Lebanese have fled their homes due to Israeli strikes.
