Azerbaijan announced that "the IRGC was planning a series of terrorist attacks in Azerbaijan." According to the Azerbaijani security services' account, the targets of the alleged "Iranian agents" were the Baku-Ceyhan pipeline, the Israeli embassy in Azerbaijan, a leader of the Mountain Jews religious community, and the Ashkenazi synagogue, Telegram channels report.
By coincidence, they were arrested immediately after the drone incidents in Nakhijevan.
