Brent crude oil price has crossed the $119.5 mark per barrel due to the aggravation of the geopolitical situation in the Middle East.
The price of May futures on the London ICE exchange has increased by about 28.92%.
This is the first time since June 17, 2022 that Brent crude oil has been at such a high level.
Later, however, the market saw a slowdown in price fluctuations and the oil price dropped to $116.01 a barrel.
