"Armenia's territorial integrity and sovereignty are of vital importance to us. We firmly maintain this position and will not allow any threat to be created against our friendly country, Armenia," Iran's Ambassador to Armenia Khalil Shir Gholami said in an interview with Shant TV.

"We have friendly relations with Armenia based on mutual trust. We have always stated that Armenia's security is also our security. We take this matter seriously and have proven it many times. Therefore, we do not want this war to cause even the slightest harm to our friendly country Armenia. As for economic matters, fortunately, economic cooperation continues. Our border is open for both passenger and cargo movement. Economic relations have not been seriously affected and continue their active and dynamic course," the Iranian Ambassador to Armenia stated.
