Armenia has refused the Russian humanitarian aid for the displaced people from Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), a diplomatic source in Yerevan told RIA Novosti.
“Official Yerevan has refused Russian humanitarian aid intended for displaced persons from Karabakh,” the source said, but did not provide any other details.
