According to Lebanon's Ministry of Health, 773 people have been killed since March 2 as a result of Israeli strikes, Al Jazeera reports.

The Ministry added that 1,933 people have been wounded, including 103 children.

The US and Israel have been attacking Iranian territory since February 28, causing destruction and loss of life. In response, Iran has been launching missile strikes against Israel and US military bases in the region. Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Seyyed Khamenei and other senior officials were also killed in the US-Israeli strikes.

On March 2, Hezbollah also joined the war against Israel. Israel announced the start of an offensive operation against the movement and entered Lebanon.
