A spokesman for the central headquarters "Khatam al-Anbiya" accused the United States and Israel of using a modified copy of the Iranian Shahed-136 drone, designated "Lucas," to strike civilian infrastructure in regional countries as part of a deliberate false flag operation aimed at framing the Islamic Republic, Press TV reports.

In an official statement published today, the headquarters spokesman explained that "after military failures on the battlefield and the inability to build a political coalition against Iran, the enemy resorted to deception."

The statement warns that the goal of these operations is to "sow doubts and accuse the Islamic Republic of Iran" while simultaneously stoking discord between Tehran and its neighbors, thereby undermining the legitimacy of Iran's defensive actions. The spokesman pointed to a series of "suspicious attacks" in recent days on facilities in friendly neighboring countries, including Turkey, Kuwait, and Iraq, which Western media and hostile parties have falsely attributed to Iranian armed forces.

He emphasized that Iran's military operations remain strictly disciplined, adhere to clear legal principles, and are limited exclusively to military targets belonging to the United States and Israel.

"As the Islamic Republic of Iran has repeatedly stated, it strikes only targets, centers, and interests of the United States and the Zionist regime and takes full responsibility for any location it attacks by making an official statement," the headquarters spokesman said.
