A shipment of approximately 4,500 tons of diesel fuel from Azerbaijan is heading to Armenia, Gegham Gevorgyan, Chairman of the Commission for the Protection of Competition and Consumer Rights of Armenia, told ARKA news agency on Monday.
"It should have arrived by now. I can't say exactly where the cargo is now, but it's definitely on its way," Gevorgyan added.
