YEREVAN.-Politicians and experts introduce artificial contradiction between the principle of territorial integrity and rights of nations to self-determination, advisor to NKR Constitutional Court Gevorg Danielyan said.

As regards Nagorno-Karabakh, there is no contradiction, he added. Danielyan stressed that Kosovo can not serve as a precedent for the Karabakh conflict, as international community did not recognize the elections of NKR President.  

Stepanakert hosts a scientific conference, devoted to the 20th anniversary of the declaration of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR).
