An explosion has been reported in eastern Saudi Arabia, Pars Today reports.

According to Fars agency, citing an IRGC statement, medium-range Qiam and Zolfaghar missiles also struck U.S. targets and interests, including Al-Kharj base in Saudi Arabia — the main fuel supply hub for F-16, F-35, and AWACS reconnaissance aircraft — Sheikh Isa base in Bahrain, which serves as the U.S. Army's command, control, data center, and combat communications hub, as well as Al-Dhafra base in the UAE.

The strikes were carried out using various types of medium-range liquid- and solid-fuel missiles, including multiple-warhead Qadr missiles, as well as Kheibar, Qiam, and Zolfaghar missiles.
