Hraparak daily of Armenia writes as follows: [PM] Nikol Pashinyan, who is attempting to turn the state apparatus into his loyal electorate with billions [of drams] in bonuses ahead of the [parliamentary] elections [in June], is not perceived by ordinary civil servants, even by those who sympathize with the CC [i.e. the ruling Civil Contract Party and its parliamentary faction].

Our acquaintances working in departments said that the ministries are actively discussing the CC's "happy bus," and especially Pashinyan's relaxed eating and drinking on live broadcast (...).

They whisper among themselves when we will we have a normal, a serious leader and get out of this circus. By the way, some even doubt that Pashinyan is fasting, because an average housewife also knows that yogurt is also added to the pie dough, and that food of animal origin should be excluded from the Lenten menu.
