The Armenian-Turkish dialogue has matured sufficiently for the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries and the full opening of the border. This was stated on March 23 by Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan at a session of the standing parliamentary Committee on Foreign Relations, during the presentation of the report on the progress and results of the implementation of the Government of the Republic of Armenia's program (2021–2026) for 2025, in response to a question from opposition bloc "Armenia" deputy Gegham Manukyan. "We are telling our Turkish colleagues this, and it is not disputed," Mirzoyan added.
