Discussions are underway between Armenia and Turkey touching on, in particular, the cultural sphere. This was stated on March 23 by Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan at a session of the standing parliamentary Committee on Foreign Relations, during the presentation of the report on the progress and results of the implementation of the Government of the Republic of Armenia's program (2021–2026) for 2025.

"The legal grounds are being clarified, and mechanisms are being developed aimed, for example, at the joint restoration of the historic Ani bridge," Mirzoyan added.
