Negotiations between the US and Iran to resolve their differences will continue throughout the current week, US President Donald Trump announced on Monday.
"Given the nature and tone of these substantive, detailed, and constructive discussions, which will continue throughout the week, I have instructed the Department of Defense to delay any military strikes on Iranian power plants and energy infrastructure for a period of five days," Trump said in a statement posted on X.
