Russian President Vladimir Putin and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan discussed further trade and economic cooperation between the two countries by telephone. This was reported by the Kremlin press service following the conversation, which took place at the initiative of the Armenian side.

"Various aspects of the further development of bilateral relations were discussed, including cooperation in the trade, economic, energy and transport spheres," the Kremlin statement reads.
