Israel has destroyed a bridge connecting southern Lebanon with the West Bekaa region and the Chouf Mountains.

In addition, an Israeli airstrike on the city of Tyre struck a civil defense ambulance, killing one paramedic, Al Jazeera reports.

To recall, the US and Israel have been attacking Iranian territory since February 28, resulting in destruction and loss of life. In response, Iran has been launching missile strikes against Israel and US military bases in the region. The attack by Israel and the US also killed Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Seyyed Khamenei and other senior officials of the country.

On March 2, Hezbollah also entered the war against Israel. Israel announced the launch of an offensive operation against the movement and entered southern Lebanon.

On March 23, US President Donald Trump stated that negotiations with Iran would continue throughout the week, adding that military strikes had been delayed for five days. Iran, meanwhile, denied this information, and Israel rejected Trump's proposal.
