Former Armenian Ombudsman and head of the "Wings of Unity" political initiative, Arman Tatoyan, described Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's behavior during and after the metro incident as that of a man devoid of masculine honor.

At a press conference on March 24, the politician noted that Pashinyan demonstrated that he is a political leader who is not only incapable of protecting a woman and child, but who shamelessly — while under the protection of his bodyguards and supporters — threatened a woman and child. "He then apologizes — sincerely or not, and I am certain it was not sincere — but in any case, this is the statement of a man devoid of honor," Tatoyan said, commenting on the incident.
