Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has thanked the Armenian people and the government of the Republic of Armenia (RA)—in Armenian.
“The support of the RA Government and people to the Iranian people in the evacuation of Iranians and humanitarian aid [to Iran] is highly appreciated.
The centuries-old ties between Iran and Armenia have once again shown their strength in a difficult moment, and these brotherly steps will remain in the memory of the Iranian people,” the Iranian FM wrote on X.
