The Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (ICCIMA) has sent a letter to the International Labor Organization (ILO), the International Organization of Employers (IOE), and the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, demanding an immediate investigation into the US and Israeli strikes on Iran's factories.

The text of this letter was published by the Iranian government's press service.

The missile and air strikes on civilian production facilities in Iran have not only caused significant damage to infrastructure, but also killed and injured workers, the letter says.

It emphasizes that targeting industrial areas contradicts fundamental norms of humanitarian law.

It is noted that these attacks are a violation of the 1949 Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War and the ILO Fundamental Conventions on Occupational Safety and Health.
