The US military presence in the Middle East has not brought stability to the region, but has instead sown chaos, Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmail Baghaei said in an interview with the Egyptian portal Al-Masry al-Youm.

“I think everyone can see that the American military presence in the region has brought neither peace nor stability, but only chaos. I believe it would be logical for each country in the region to reconsider its policy regarding the American military presence,” the Iranian diplomat said.
