I have not yet been informed that there have been any problems with gasoline imports from Russia. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this at a press briefing Thursday, as he commented on the Russian authorities’ decision to suspend gasoline exports.

Pashinyan assured that the Armenian market is more or less ready for such a scenario.

“In recent months, we have eliminated monopolies that were causing additional pricing in Armenia, and we have also received alternative import markets. I am not aware of the details of the Russian authorities’ decision,” the Armenian premier noted.
