Ukraine has conveyed to Russia a proposal for a possible energy ceasefire.
This was announced by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, according to the Ukrainian outlet Channel 24.
According to him, Kyiv will respond reciprocally to a halt in strikes on energy infrastructure.
