Another 175 Russian citizens, who arrived in Armenia from Iran via the Nurduz-Agarak checkpoint as part of the next group of evacuated employees of the Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant, departed Yerevan for Moscow on a special flight, the press service of the Russian Embassy in Armenia reported.
It is noted that thanks to the coordinated efforts of Russian diplomats and Armenian representatives, a total of 509 Russian citizens have returned to their homeland via Armenia since the start of the US-Israeli aggression against Iran.
“We express our deep gratitude to the authorities of the Republic of Armenia for their kind attitude and for the prompt organizing of the entry of employees of the Rosatom state corporation,” the embassy added.
