We expresses our gratitude to the Armenian government and the Armenian people for their support and humanitarian assistance, Iranian ambassador to Armenia Khalil Shirgholami told Armenian News-NEWS.am on Tuesday.

According to him, this assistance was provided by both the Armenian government and Armenian companies and society.

“This is a very important symbolic gesture to Iran as a friendly country, and we are truly grateful for it. Regardless of the amount and type of assistance—be it medicine, food, or other assistance, this symbolic gesture is very important. We appreciate it,” added the Iranian ambassador to Armenia.
